Maryl和 residents who are enrolled in a program of study designated by the state as a Health Manpower Shortage Program by the first day of the term may be eligible for in-county tuition rates for courses required for program completion. It is the students’ responsibility to confirm that a program is designated as a Health Manpower Shortage Program before applying for a tuition reduction. 申请这个学费减免计划, students must notify the cashier’s office that they are enrolled in a Health Manpower Shortage Program prior to making their first payment of 学杂费 和 when they add a class. A student who is an Anne Arundel County public school teacher who registers for a course required for employment or a course or program that maintains or improves skills required for employment will be classified as an Anne Arundel County resident, 即使住在安妮阿伦德尔县以外.

A student who is a public school teacher at a school located in Maryl和 but outside of Anne Arundel County who registers for a course required for employment will be classified as an Other Maryl和 County resident, 即使居住在马里兰州以外.

A student classified as an Anne Arundel County resident or Other Maryl和 County resident based on being a public school teacher will maintain the Residency Classification assigned as long as the student remains employed by the public school 和 is taking a course(s) that is required for employment or maintains or improves skills required for employment.
